Quality for us is a never-ending process and hence we continuously focus on improving quality of our products. To ensure superior quality of product, all the process such as cleaning, processing, filling, weighing and packing are done under personal supervision. Following the stringent norms for quality.

B.N.Spices has inhouse testing and certification capabilities for our entire product range. The products are tested for cleanliness, micro & macro sanitary as per US laws, pesticides, micro biology including Staphylococcus, Bacillus Cereus, Mycotoxins chemical & physical characteristics including granulation & moisture. Reputed commercial testing laboratories are utilized to perform analytical procedures for which instrumentation is unavailable with us.

The QC laboratory is manned with a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), approved record-keeping and documentation procedures (for method validation) are carefully maintained. Product documentation such as specifications and Certificate of Analysis are prepared for every shipment and reviewed periodically by the QC team.

The world of spices has changed over the last decade from a flavour industry to an industry also requiring a detailed understanding of the product profiles of developed markets.

This includes understanding of physical, microbiological and toxic profiles of the food products along with conformation to the regulations of advanced markets in Europe and the USA.
